De La salle year 10 pupils go on a trip of a lifetime with their football team 'Celtic boys' to Orlando florida during the term break. Aaron (Capt), Lorcán and Michael actually all play in the back line of the U14 squad. The team travelled as part of a group of over 35 kids and 10 coaches with and U15 and U14 squad being the first Irish teams to take part in the ESPN Presidents day cup.
Both teams competed fiercely and both teams brought home the trophies and winners medals. The first Irish sides to take part and to win the trophy. The boys came home last Friday to a massive gathering of support at Sally Gardens joined by the lord mayor!
